สะเกร็ดเล็กเล็กของ Torker
In 1975, Torker was a small family-owned and operated company called Texon, operated out of the Johnson Family garage in Anaheim Hills, California.
In 1975, John made the company’s first 4130-chromoly prototype from tubing salvaged from a small airplane fuselage.
Around 1976, it was renamed again, to Torker
The first Haro bikes were made by Torker.
In 1981,  Bob Haro approached his sponsor Torker with a desire to design and produce a BMX frame to meet the needs of the dedicated Freestyle rider.
Bob Haro also was riding a modified Torker in his freestyle shows. Two years later, he would become Torker’s biggest frame customer.
The  frame Haro geometry was  decided in collaboration with Torker, considering Haro’s experience and capability as a rider and Torkers own manufacturing processes.
February 1982 , Torker began producing the Freestyler  as a prototype for Bob to trial.
In  1984, Torker  continue to manufacture Frames for Haro until they folded the business through economical difficulties .
In 1984, the Torker Bicycle Company went bankrupt, and Seattle Bike Supply purchased the name
